After the Second World War, Germany is divided into two parts. One is the Federal Republic of Germany which established by the support of the west countries, and the other is the Democracy Republic of Germany which has Russian's support. The two countries established democracy countries by two different ways. The Federal Germany develops country according to the west parliamentary system. After about twenty year's hard working, Federal Germany accomplished the reconstruction of democracy, and became a real democratic country. We can learn much things from the Federal Germany, and the experience will help other countries.The main text is divided into five chapters.
