Shandong Wei Where The Change In The Qing Dynasty

Wei-suo was setted in whole nation in Ming Dynasty, but in the early time of Qing Dynasty, leaders didn't dissolve Wei-suo immediately, it needed a process. Mr.GuCheng, who wrote a paper named The Transform of Wei-suo System in Qing Dynasty , this paper offers macroscopic guide in the study of these issues. The author studied on the Wei-suo of ShanDong province and discovered that the dissolve of Wei-suo was in turn by stages. So the author sort the Wei-suo in ShanDong province in three: Interior-Weisuo, Littoral-Weisuo, Water Transport-Weisuo. My paper will discuss Wei-suo in ShanDong province in above three parts.In introduction part, I discuss the differences between Wei-suo in ShanDong and in other provinces. At the same time , I describe Wei-suo's set time and dissolve time in table. After that, the author point out the different performance of weisuo in dissolving progress.In the first part: Interior-Weisuo, I expound the administration trend of Interior-Weisuo in the midterm and later Ming Dynasty. Because Wei-suo System's decline and mercenary system's occur, most of Interior-Weisuo approached Zhouxian in administer more and more. And this part of Wei-suo was desolved quickly in Qing Dynasty smoothly.In the second part: Littoral-Weisuo, the author finds that the Japanese were prevalent in Ming Dynasty, so the littoral-weisuo were setted in the latter years of Hongwu Dynasty. These littoral-weisuo worked on defending Japanese. They all had specialized city, which were important in geography. And these weisuo were not dissolved untill Yongzheng dynasty. Also in the progress of dissolving ,there were so many resistances that leaded to the dissolving time later and later .At last , government adopted tough measures to continue dissolving. In these weisuo ,there was a DaSongwei which was transformed into a country and was the only one in ShanDong Province.In the third part: Water Transport-Weisuo, the author found that there were many rivers in ShanDong Province. So the weisuo in the coast became to water transport-weisuo. At the further time in Ming Dynasty , these weisuo were not specialized transport part but military. But in Qing Dynasty ,these weisuo changed to be transport weisuo although they were military in management. These weisuo were dissolved later in Qing Dynasty ,the author will concern in the paper.In the conclusion part, the author will concern on the law of weisuo dissolving and hope to describe the transform of ShanDong weisuo fully.
