Low Risk Of The Community Transformation Based Philosophy

With the social transition, the issue of social low- risk is getting more prominent which is not only the result of various social reasons but also the inevitable trend toward modernization. Therefore, the fully philosophical research into the issue of social low- risk is particularly important.In this paper, we try to discuss the characteristics of the social low- risk and how to prevent this kind of problem from the perspective of philosophy and sociology. Based on Marxist philosophy, a very careful analysis is made with the specific characteristics of Chinese community, which probably is contributing to the social modernization in China.We start this study with discussing the great significance of the research into the issue of social low- risk from the level theoretical research and the practical significance in the society. Actually, this study is very valuable, not only on building up Marxist philosophy, but also on contributing a harmonious society in China. Specifically, on theoretical level, China's Marxist study is quite a enormous project. However, the academic community lack of the related research capacity relatively, which is having a extremely negative influence on the research of the social low-risk problems and therefore we must focus on the research of the social low-risk to provide the theoretical basis for Chinese social contribution, The research of the social low-risk is very essential for the social reality in China, including the social transition and building a harmonious society. With this study, we can provide practical guiding principles and action guidelines for the contributing process, also can improve people 'awareness and the ability of Prevention of low-risk social issue, which all play a very important role in China's socialist construction.In the second part, we mainly work on the issue of social transformation and social low-risk, in order to reveal their own characteristics and the specific form on philosophy, and then to explore the relationship between the two main.The social transformation in China is an inevitable result of China's social modernization in the new era. Modernization as the central task of socialistic construction, has brought tremendous changes on China's socio-economic, political, social structure, ideology and other areas. From a philosophical view point, all these changes could be considered as the inevitable trend in Chinese community to solve various contradictions. On the other hand, from the point of view philosophy of social movements, the social transformation in China is the reflection of the social achievement, which provides the social basis for the research of the form of the social low-risk.From the sociological perspective, the issue of social low- risk in China could find a line between board sense and narrow sense. Meanwhile, from the view of philosophy, social low-risk is the exact reflect of various uncertain or inevitable factors during the process of social modernization. With the prerequisite - social transformation, the contemporary social low-risk in China are mainly caused by the changes on China's socio-economic, ideology etc. Although these social low-risks are not that harmful, it's still hidden in a certain period of time and it is bound to cause some harm to our society. So if we do not take an objective analysis on that, it must cause immeasurable social losses.As to the relation between the social transformation and social low-risk, it is various because the changes brought by the modernization make different aspects of society together. At he same time, the two above are also in the relationship of qualitative change and quantitative change, which provides the basis for the research and prevention the social low-risk.The last part includes philosophical solutions for the social low-risk based on Marxism philosophy. When working on this research, we must avoid ignoring the existing possibility for long period and exaggerating the harm of social low-risk. The principles in Marxist philosophy can provide practical guiding principles and action guidelines for the related research, even though there has not been any specific study on this field. In this paper, we treat human- the main body in social practice from Marxism philosophy as our starting point, at the same time using the ideology and practical ability research achievement for reference to discuss the feasibility of improving the awareness of prevention of social low-risk from the perspective of human being's cognitive capacity. From the view point of human being's ability of practice, the social individual' could be very meaningful to the prevention of social low-risk. Scientific development concept is the master of the Marxist philosophy in China and a scientific thesis by the Chinese Marxism. From the scientific concept of scientific development dimension and value dimensions, we come up with the solutions for the social low-risk prevention, with the specific circumstances of Chinese society.
