This paper attempts to conduct a meticulous combing and analysis of ChangHenGe from the view of interdisciplinary Law and Literature's field, trying to explore and understand a number of issues in literary text from a legal point of view. A total is divided into three chapters and based on the two academic disciplines, aiming to actualize an effective talk between law and literature: The first chapter introduce the academic background of interdisciplinary research in comparative literature, and the motive of choosing ChangHenGe as the materials; The second chapter discuss the characteristic of Wang Qiyao and other heros in ChangHenGe from the point of Civil Code; Chapter three deal with the ending of ChangHenGe from the perspective of Penal Code, contrasting the real case with the novel itself.Put ChangHenGe which is usually talked in the contemporary literature into the areas of interdisciplinary research of Comparative Literature, analysing different meanings of Wang Qiyao, Kang Mingxun, Lao Kela, ChangJiao, and the spirit of ChangHenGe. In this area, I am living in the field of literature, and have not many foregoing works and ideas that I can draw on, so it is a hard work.However, I adhere to the belief that disciplines can enlighten each other by communication, I think in a modern society, literature is the only way to overcome the alienation and empty of the inner heart.
