In singing or instrumental music performance, the pitch can be consistent with a certain system, which is called intonation. With the rapid development of China’s chorus industry, the chorus has gradually changed from the earliest "singing in unison" to the high standard multi voice chorus. In the process of this artistic transformation, the requirements for the intonation of chorus members are particularly important.Only when the intonation is unified, can the chorus not be hindered in the pursuit of "harmonious voice" and achieve the real "harmony".Based on “Changhenge”,this article will use the literature research method, practice teaching method, conducting method to discusses three aspects from the interpretation of conducting: The first is to elaborate how to use the specific conducting method to play a positive role in the intonation of the chorus; The second is to think and explore in detail the factors that affect the intonation in the process of work rehearsal teaching, and achieve the goal of teaching in rehearsal by discussing the singing techniques, biting words and music image of the work; The third is to make rehearsal plans for the intonation problems, and then to find out how to better solve the intonation problems that may occur during rehearsal and singing,so as to provide reference and exchange with chorus learners and workers.
