After the foundation of the Yuan Dynasty,the Mongolian nationalities moved to the Middle china,whith,on one hand,brought the cultural exchange between Mongolian and Han to its climax,and,on tne other hand,caused a great confict between nomatic culture in the Northern China and agriculture made a significant effect on the literature on that period,thus the works of the Zaju of the Yuan possessed the typical features of the literature on thet times. XiXiangJi a representalive love story of the Zaju.affeeted by the interaction between Mongolian culture and Han culture,had a distinct style,which turned to be a typical feature of the works in the process of its change.The paper mainly analyse the historical background of the society in the different times.and intends to get the unique style of XiXiangJi by comparision and the effect of nomadic culture on it,and,at last goes further to explire the interaction and integration in the Yuan Dynasty.The paper includes fineparts,namely,Introduction,ChapterⅠ.ChapterⅡ.ChapterⅢand conclusion. The Interdaction part mainly discusses the worth of the topic adopted in this paper,the purpose of the paper to be reached the studying methodology and the current research rlated to this topic.By employing the primitive principle and the method of the comparative literature.the paper analyses the different features of XiXiangJi indifferent times.the topic adopted in this paper is qeite benefcial to the comparafie literature and promote the development of that in china.Thus the topic is worth studying.ChapterⅠchiefly introduces the intercommunication and interaction between nomadic culture and agriculture on the Zaju of Yuan.The facters such as Mongolian music.Mongolian language,The special interest in Drama.etc.promoted the development of the Zaju of Yuan Dyansty and colorfuldue to the movement of nomadic culture of northem China to the south.which made a great impact on the traditional culture of the Middle China and broke its dominant prosifition,a free developing environment for the Drama made its cintent rich and provided useful composing matherials for the literal works,and fully displayed the sifuation of inter communication between Mongolian culture and Han's.ChapterⅡsummarizes thelove story of XiXiang Ji as well as analyses its historical background.By analysing the XiXiangJi.Zaju of Yuan Dyansty was based on the special bistorical background in which nomadic calture in northern China and traditional culture in Middle China has a deep comflict with each other.The Yuan Dyansty was founded by the Mongolian and it was obvious that their ideology because the dominant value of the society.As a result.The change of XiXiangJi was closely related with its social values. ChapterⅢmainly analyses the Zaju of Yuan Dyansty.XiXiangJi.from its main idea.Charactey the conflict in the story.The charactey in the Yuan DYansty XiXiangJi more clearly shows the generous and hospitable features of the nationalities in the northem China.Thus,during the cultural exchange between Mongolian and Han,the traditional culture in the Moddle China gets a great impact on it,and dispanys the nature of the feudal efiquetle and education in Yuan Dyansty.Which is discovered in the Zaju of Yuan Dyansty.The exchange between Mongolian culture and Han's.affecks greatly.the XiXiangJi in the Yuan Dynasty in the espect of the main idea. Charactues and the conflict of storyand the cultural exchange actively promotes the sthdy of the relationship of national culture.
