From 1949 to 1956, there is a profound change that is unprecedented in the history of China, and a tremendous shock in the hearts of the community Chinese at the same time by founding of new China and the establishment of the socialist system. By the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the people made concerted efforts in the construction of socialism, and obtained a spectacular success within just a few years. This fully embodies the various social sectors' obedience and the approval of the Communist Party.This paper takes the workers, peasants, national capitalists and intellectuals as object of study, and reveals profound psychological impact of above members of different social classes by the change of political power and social changes. As the ruling party, the Chinese Communists completed the socialist transformation through the political power organization which expanded to the basic unit and enabled the political power to proliferate to all members of different social classes. Chinese Communist Party's political tendentiousness is getting more and more prominent in afterward socialist construction exploration. The capitalist, the farmer and the intellectual has accepted Chinese Communist Party's political idea and social principle through different manner Experiencing the socialist transformation and social movement of changing existing habits and customs.From the mentality changes of workers, peasants, national capitalists, and intellectuals, the impact on the shaping modernized personality of different social classes by social changes is twofold in the early years of the new nation. At beginning of the new nation, positive impact is in the dominant position and the negative impact starts to appear. With the trend of development concerned, positive impact of on the shaping modernized personality has not expanded even presented signs of degradation. On the contrary, negative impact showed the trend to expand. China is in a critical stage of reform now. We rationally analyze the social and psychological changes in the beginning of the founding of the new nation and stimulate motive of the community through formulate scientific policy. So we will guide psychology different social classes to the track of healthy evolution. The significance is profound regarding to construction of the harmonious society.
