Han Lyrical Yan Zhi Fu Mentality, And Intellectuals

The establishment of Han scholar mentality and personality characteristics in Chinese cultural history have important guide significances, this bacame the main reason of study and discussed in my paper. From cultural perspective, we found Han Dynasty lyrical fu opening a window of Han Dynasty scholars'souls, and let us see the stirring ripples of their soul'layer. Although they show some negative emotion and negative word in thir lyrical fus, they have more positive emotion and positive spirit hidden in the layer. Confucianism and Taoism have profound impact on the scholar's mentality and personality at the same time, and generally make them formed complementary psychological situation between Confucianism and Taoism. When the autocratic and unified monarchy brought powerful psychological pressure, and killed scholars ideals in cold blood; when the political reality disappointed them extremely, they have to digest their disappointment and unfortunate experience in the Taoism, to seek spirit comfort and mental balance, so at this time, their fus showed all kinds of negative emotion and words. However, as the the Han Dynasty during the up period of history , and Confucianism thinking impact on scholars'life principle in an unprecedented overwhelming, so although they showed negative emotion in their fus , they still generally have strong desire and high enthusiasm to pursuit immortal life and to participate politics, they have strong nation fellings and loyalty to their emperor, they request thenselvs strictly walking along a right straight path to obtain a glory life. It is such a strong entrepreneurial spirit and attitude that make scholars shoulder tempering moral, cultural heritage, and contribution spirit in a unified era of 400 years, their tenacity and perseverance of the life spirit moved us deeply. The paper's study consists two parts, the first part analysised the scholar individual psychology reflected by the lyric-fus; the second part studuied common features of scholar group's psychology, and give a deeply analysis on social and historical reasons. In the demonstration method, the paper mainly used typical case law, comparative law, culture and history of mutual certification.
