| With the development of education reform, quality education has been carried out. In this field, the main concepts are "regarding persons as the basis" and emphasizing the students whole development. Because healthy mental state is part of human, quality, mental health education in primary schools is vital not only in quality education but also in modern education. The students of primary and middle schools are in the period when their bodies and minds develop rapidly and personality traits are easily to crape .To cultivate the talents sound in mind with perfect diatheses the society demanding, the most effective and scientific approach is, at the stage of primary and middle schools, to guide the students' individual mind to the right directions to develop and perfect. Therefore, the mental health education of primary and middle schools becomes an essential and important subject in modern education.This paper divides into two parts. Part one is the summary of literature, it has a simple expatiation about the several investigations of primary scholar's psychology health education and evaluates the theory researches of primary scholar's psychology health education in the world; analysis the mostly problems of primary scholar's psychology health education at present; discusses the theory basis of psychology health education; and discusses the influence factors of primary scholar's psychology health education, includes family , school and accompanier. Part two is the report of investigate. Quantitative analysis the questionnaire of 386 pupils in two schools in Shenzhen. Then bring forward the measures and advises aim at the mostly problems of primary scholar's psychology health education in Shenzhen. Include establish third class manage mode "school-grade-class", strengthen the linkage between of family and school, enhance the teacher's level of psychology health education, form the system of psychology health education based on the national experiential etc.
