In The View Of Building On The Discussion On The Harmonious Organization

Nowadays, "constructing the harmonious society", "constructing the harmonious organization" has become the mainstream words of domestic politics life. However, the invisible philosophy guiding ideology was a theory of knowledge philosophy basically and a substance thinking mode which has brought two great harmful things: One, the substance thoughts have ossified activities, which causes "harmony" to become the original state in slogans; Two, the rational principle of apriorism in practice has substituted for the principle of production in reality. We have not restored the Marx philosophy to the field of vision based on practice generativismbasically to observe the reality ,the perception and the object, thus " community " as the highest-level harmonious organization has been forgotten its real existence while people pumped "what it is " in substance.In the vision field of generativism of Marx, "community" is no longer the abstract substance congealed historically, but is existed in the generative process of human survival practice. It is entrusted with vitality by "the realistic person" in the concrete union of social practice forever. In this process, the essence of all harmonious relations is under certain condition of reality practice relations launching. Thus harmonious organizations are existed in intrinsic practice essentially, and the social existence of subject generated by social practice.Lead the common practice relations to the way of harmonious relations. The harmonious organization was generated in the reality relations practice, but this kind of generative mechanism followed by the harmonious: The person and the organization are the existence of contradiction object which mutually affect and generate, and they entrust the essence of each other in the practice. The principle of constructing harmonious organization is only to put the person and the organization under the certain historical condition, evolved together with the essence of history.
