Medical science and literature reach an unification in concerning "person" on this common object. Therefore, that disease becomes a theme of literature and the focus and narrative of it by writers become a prominent phenomenon. Female subjects of disease with unusual experiences, in particular, also reflect their features of resistance from the aspect of gender. Adopting works by Lu Yin, Ding Ling, Xiao Hong, etc. as a focal point, this article analyzes the phenomenon of diseases narrative, female symptoms, causes and treatment of diseases which emerging in specific texts to reveal the survival and reality of destiny of women.The paper is divided into four parts. The preface combs the significance of disease narrative in modern Chinese literature, and probes the causes and importance of female writers' keen on diseases narrative theme in creation. The first chapter, Lu Yin's texts as an example, inspects the relationship of awakening and disillusionment between diseases and female consciousness during the period of WuSi. Based on Ding Ling's novels created in her early creation stage, the second chapter analyzes the distinct features of female sufferers' awakening of desire. Based on some novels created by male writers that are carefully chosen as a reference coordinates, the next part reveals the psychological and cultural characteristics of Xiao Hong's diseases narrative in the perspective of cultural introspection, so as to reflect the survival of cultural predicament for modern females.
