Study On Mongolian Long Narrative Song In Horqin

This thesis is on the background of specific historical environment in Qing Dynasty, based on the pattern of Mongolian long-form narrative poem, adopted the theory and analysis method of musicology, refered to the research approaches and results of ethnology and history to study Mongolian long-form narrative poem, and to try to deeply excavate its artistic value, so as to save this national artistic treasure, and make it re-emit the vatality and activity again.The thesis mainly makes an analysis from the following three aspects:The First Part: The thesis chiefly makes a comprehensive survey on the origin, development and spreading range of Koerqin Mongolian long-form narrative poem. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the influence on the style and charater of Koerqin Mongolian long-form narrative poem from Koerqin multi-culture tradition, such as the lyric short folk song, the Mongolian heroic verse, the unique singing pattern of Wuligeer, and so on.The Second Part: Through the concrete analysis about the music pattern, lyrics and dialogue of Mongolian long-form narrative poem, the thesis illustrates that the Mongolian long-form narrative poem is a kind of folk song which has vivid character of speaking and singing. Its length is magnificent, to some extent, it almost has reached to the degree of Drama, but, to be different from the drama, its musical pattern still keep the rhythm character of Mongolian lyric short song. Meanwhile, the Mongolian long-form narrative poem also stresses on the irreplacebale role that artists play in the process of performance ,creation and inheritance of the whole poem.The Third Part: As one of the most valuable Chinese musical cultural heritages, Koerqin Mongolian long-form narrative poem has its essential value on the study of both the Mongolian social history and musical history of recent and modern age and the Mongolian's thought and culture. After the development of hundreds of years, the Mongolian long-form narrative poem has got the great achievement on the literature sorting, but it is facing a dangerous situation of withering away in the aspect of spreading and singing. Therefore, it is our common duty and mission for the musical staff how to protect the Mongolian long-form narrative poem—this national music treasure.Through the rounded analysis, research and summary of the Mongolian long-form narrative poem, the thesis discourses upon the artistic value of the Mongolian long-form poem, and brings forward the specific programs of protecting, passing down and inherting it.
