For a long time, Han Fu was regarded as aristocratic literature. Pepole usually divided Han Fu into da-fu, fu of Li Sao style and lyrical Fu .The Han da-fu shoulders three missions which are singing in praise of the government,advancing and enriching the rituals of Confucianist and satisfying the enjoyment of ruling class, the Fu of Li Sao style and lyrical fu are mainly used to convey the literali's emotion.But Han Fu not only belonged to the ruling class,but also hearty welcomed by the folk, the broad masses of folk used Fu to tell story and crack jokes,give pleasure to themselves, we call this kind of Fu"folk Fu".This thesis carried through textual research on the existent condition of folk Fu and its character of talking and singing, and analyzed the distinguishing feature of literature, To make Han Fu and talking and singing literature of Han Dynasty more perspicuity and three-dimensional is the thesis's signification.The thesis consists of three chapters.The First Chapter has two parts.The former limits folk Han Fu from the character of common customs ,character of entertainment,character of folk creative work and character of oral spread; the latter separates into three types according to the extent of folk.The first type is fine quality of folk Han Fu,The second type is similar folk Fu which are taken down by Shi Ji and Han Shu.The three type is provident folk Fu which was created by men of letters.This three types are the basis we observe and study folk Han Fu.The second chapter probes into the character of talking and singing of folk Han Fu,involves three sections.The first sections mainly speculates the folk Fu of Han dynasty maybe used to talking and singing from the general atmosphere of telling story and funny and the standard of economic and education .The second sections confirms the folk Fu of Han dynasty can used to talking and singing by the style of Ya Zuo, the...
