During the latter part of 13 century, in China under Mongol rule. The traditional Confucian confronted with the serious impaction from the nomadism culture. China's politics were reassembled and got new development, as well as her economy, culture, ideology, education, ethic and so on. The two people absorbed the merits from the other side. On the one hand, the Han people accepted Mongolia people bold and straightforward quality and their great verve that gave them the courage to fight both in Asia-European. On the other hand, many first-class traditions, successful experiences, relatively self-contained system and culture were leaned and adopted by the Mongolia people, which were accumulated and formed though Han Dynasty, Tan Dynasty, Liao Dynasty, Song Dynasty and Jin Dynasty. In a certain extent, the Mongol sovereign accepted the Confucian's political idea, they modulated their govern mode and appointed a lot of Confucian, so the society got farther conformity. Confucians suggested the Mongol sovereign should maintain Confucian ruling art to manager China, and tried their best to impart them Confucian doctrine. The Mongol sovereign adopted the suggestion about "Assimilating the Minorities with the Way of Central Planis ", they were practicing the way of the Han nationality, compiling the history of past age for seeking the historical reasons for prosperity-decline and order-disorder. These mentioned above brought positive effect to the society in that time. In view of political and economy of the ethical values advocated by Confucian and the Mongolia's traditional moral, the Mongol sovereign managed the country according to the Confucian idea both in the state's administration system and the criterion of folk ethic. This helped to purify the national taste and in favor of the unification and stability of the multi-ethnic nation.
