The contemporary Chinese literature came to a new historical stage. The socially sensitive writers created all sorts of images of teachers in their novels. The development and diversities of psychological perplexities and personalities of such images reflect the complicated contemporary Chinese social features, and can be perceived as the reflection of writers' complex mental state which is under the influence of subjective and objective environments. The creation of these images has brought a kind of different aesthetic sense, explored the new literal horizon, and greatly affected the current Chinese educational development.There are all together four parts in this thesis:Part one: it gives the analysis of teachers basing on the literal texts, and according to the teachers' different personalities we can roughly put them into two groups: the mainstream and the variation. By comparing them with the teachers in previous novels, we can approach two essential features: the high extent of personalization and the widespread feature of "citizen-like".Part two: from the perspective of objective social environment it mainly explores reasons causing the evolution of teachers' images in the novels written since 1990, the specific social influence, the cultural shock and the choices of public's aesthetic interests.Part three: it mainly probes into the reasons shaping the teachers' images in the novels written since 1990 from the perspective of writers' cultural psychology and literal creative position which have a great influence toward the evolution of teachers' image in the literal texts.Part four:it discusses the aesthetical and educational value of the teachers in the novels written since 1990 in a macroscopic way, and tries to bring forth some new challenges for the future literal writing through the analysis of some of their defects and limitation attached to those novels. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | 1990's, teacher's image, setting of narration, psychological analysis, value of literal creation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
