"zhuangzi Monosyllabic Adjective Synonymous Relationship Study

Altogether 82 homonym patterns are defined with the guidance of the contexts of ZhuangZi and the commentaries and the research papers available. We managed to confirm each of the sememes and make a comparison between the sememes in order to recognize the difference of the meanings between the synonym even though certain common sememes are confirmed, dividing the difference between all groups of synonym into three big classes, including meaning, color and usage and small kind of 12 altogether, followed by the realization of seven models by which the synonym coexist. According to the comparision of group constructing between ZhuangZi and other pre-Qin books, we can get a recapitulative mastery of monosyllabic synonym adjective in ZhuangZi.
