For the development of the literary history of a nation, translation literature is a dispensable part. This text mainly researched the translation of Russia-Soviet literature in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1999, and at the same time, studied its some influences.The text consists of four parts. One, introduction (the intent of the subject for an essay; the importance of selected subject; the studied condition; and the aim of study). Two, text (translation of Russia-Soviet writings in Inner Mongolia (one); translation of Russia-Soviet writings in Inner Mongolia (two); the translation steps and some influences of Russia-Soviet writings in Inner Mongolia) Three, appendices (the list of Russia-Soviet writings translated in Mongolian; the list of articles and comments about the Russia-Soviet translation writings; the statistics of the Russia-Soviet translation writings in Mongolian).The introduction discussed the relationship between the translation literature and compared literature, at the same time, introduce the translation circumstances that China translated and accepted the Russia-Soviet literature. Be based on this, define the significance and value of studying that Mongolian accept the Russia-Soviet literature.)Chapter one studied the Russia-Soviet works translated in Mongolian.Chapter two studied the Russia-Soviet writings translated in Mongolian on journals.Chapter three introduced the translation step and some influences of Russia-Soviet literature in Inner Mongolia.The translation literature is a medium of the different nation literature. The readers of different cultural system know each other with the translation literature. Mongolian offer the important content to study the Mongolian literary history with translating and introducing the Russia-Soviet writings. At the same time, it leads some influences to the Mongolian literature.
