| This thesis mainly discusses the adverbial order errors of Thai students in the process of learning Chinese language. The writer compares the differences of adverbial between Chinese adverbial and Thai adverbial from grammar structure, adverbial type and adverbial order. The conclusion is drawn that the Chinese adverbial is different mainly on the grammar order between adverbial words and modified words. That is to say, in Chinese language, the adverbial words are in front of the modified words while in Thai language the adverbial words in back.The writer uses Contrastive Analysis and Error Analysis to process the language materials gathered from Chinese major students in Lampang Rajabhat University Thailand. Based on the analyses, the writer draws a conclusion that the adverbial errors Thai students make are caused by the negative transfer of mother tongue.In the last part of the thesis, the writer gives some advice to the teaching to Thai students' classes.The writer hopes that the thesis could do a little help on the research of adverbial error of Thai students in the process of learning Chinese language. |
