On The Tao Wangling Transfers And Additions To The Literary Thought Of Public Security

This paper throughed looking at the comprehensive research of literature thought and literary creation of Tao Wangling(陶望龄), explained that Tao Wangling's literature thought had important meaning to the developing of gong'an school's(公安派)literature thought. And the author combined Tao Wangling's academic thought and individual character to discussing his literature origin cause of formation of thought. The paper was divided into three parts: the literature thought in law to study, the literature thought in "empty produced spirit", the value meaning of his literature thought. In the First part, combining with the character of Tao Wangling's poesy and prose, "feelings produced by himself , laws is made anciently ", the author combed his literature thoughts carefully and found out its reasons. In the second part, the author maked a concrete analysis of " empty produced spirit " to find the forming reason, and confirm with the" clear speciality " in his creating to seek its true intension. In the third part , the author discussed the value meaning of the literature thought of Tao Wangling thoroughly, and compared with Yuan Hongdao's(袁宏道) literature thought to prove that Tao wangling's literature thought was important complementarity of gong'an school's literature thoughts, and expound another relatively steady clue in lierature thought of gong'an school. All these showed that gong'an school's literature thought are three-dimensional . Describe through the above, this paper had expounded two questions: Firstly, Tao wangling's literature thought had own distinct character , it forms closely to the learning himself. Secondly, Tao wangling's literature thought was an important component of gong'an school's literature thought , it had the same and different sides from the mainstream (representative as Yuan Hongdao ) literature thought of gong'an school. The same ones had promoted the development of the literature thought of gong'an school, and the different ones were the important supplement to the literature thought of gong'an school . We can said that Tao wangling's literature thought was another important side except Yuan Hongdao's major ideas.
