Immoral is the root of unhealthy commercial competition, and effective commercial competition is based on morality. Enterprises should comply with commercial competition morality, because of its social characters and outside environment, and its internal relation with morality. The time that businessman only focused on profit and only wanted to deprive others of interests has gone away. People are gradually recognizing the new competition ideas that base the competition on honest and try to cooperate with others for bilateral win. The idea and method of commercial competition has morally changed.If utilize the moral standard unilaterally, people always feel at loss. It will benefit the utilizing of moral standard in commercial field to find out the finitude between the moral commercial competition and immoral commercial competition.We can classify the commercial competition method to three layers. This means there is a broad sky for commercial competition despite the competitors abides to morality. It presents a moral spirit that enterprise takes measures neatly according to situation under precondition of moral. Sure, enterprises should compass the basic law and try to build their prestige.Strong ability is based on high quality, and publics should maintain the common rules. Thus we do think so that it's very important to foster the moral conscious of commercial competition objects, improve their ability for moral choice, and optimize the moral environment for commercial competition. It is also the objective requirement of the development about commercial competition.
