MaRong was a famous writer in DongHan Dynasty.His representative works is < . In this paper, I first analyze the text, then I make a comprehensive study on the internal and external factors witch influenced MaRong and his creation, which this I combine his own personality, experience and his ideological features. At last, I reveal its artistic value and ideological connotation. Perhaps we could see the overall picture of his creation from a spot which reflects the development of Fu and the social characteristics of that era.This paper is made up of four parts. Preface is the expression of my thought. In chapter one, I introduce different editions of < and illustrate the edition used in this paper. In chapter two, I dissect the text, in order to get the arrangement of ideas and the clear line of thought. In chapter three, I try to reappear many factors which influenced MaRong' s creation. In this way, I want to master the complete picture of this works well from different fields of vision and various angles. In chapter four, I try to reconstruct the relationship among the author, that era and his works. From the inside of this, I excavate deeply implication and complex thought of the work. In this way, I have a more thorough view about its ideas and put forward my own point. Then I make a proper conclusion. The last is an appendix. In this part, there are titles and commentaries which may refer to the text.
