Subjective well-being is a new research topic in our country, and social support and self-worth are its important influence factors. This research is to investigate the relationship between social support, self-worth and subjective well-being of college students, and how social support and self-worth affect subjective well-being of college students. Thus it can enrich the theories about subjective well-being. On the other hand, it also supplies some use for reference and inspiration for psychology consultation of college students and education of mental health.557 students in four college schools (Grade two, 275males and 273 females) were tested randomly. Index of Well-being, Network of Relationships Inventory and The Self-worth Scale for Adolescents were used. The results indicated that:1 There are significant differences on subjective well-being among grades and different levels of academic achievement of college students. The scores of three grade college students on subjective well-being is the lowest, and the scores of four grade college students on subjective well-being is the highest. The scores of high level of academic achievement of college students on subjective well-being is higher than the scores of low level of academic achievement of college students on subjective well-being.2 There are significant differences on social support among grades and there are significant differences on social support between sexes. One grade college student gets more teachers' support than other grade college student. Girls get more mothers' and same-sex friends' support than boys. Boys get more teachers' support than girls. There are significant differences on self-worth among different levels of academic achievement of college students. The scores of high level of academic achievement of college students on self-worth is higher than the scores of low level of academic achievement of college students.3 Social-oriented self-worth and individual-oriented self-worth are positively correlated with subjective well-being.4 Social support is positively correlated with subjective well-being. Different aspects social supports have different influence on subjective well-being. Romantic friends support is the best predictor for subjective well-being. Teacher and mothers' support is good predictor for subjective well-being too.5 Covariance structural model analysis shows that the model is an accepted one. Themodel deal with the study that self-worth is mediator factor between social support and subjective well-being, and simultaneously social support influences subjective well-being directly.
