Abstract/Summary:
The study is divided into three research on the structure, in one study, the firstnational identity Scale, Social Support Scale and SWB has been revised to ensure thatthese scales can better reliability and validity applicable to minority college studentswere tested, the results show that, for the purposes of minority students, which canbe divided into Chinese national identity recognition (including China and Chinesesocial identity of belonging) and the ethnic identity (including the national culturalidentity the ethnic identity and social identity of the ethnic attribution) two relatedstructures; while social support scale include family support, friends, sports andsocial support three dimensions; Finally, SWB is ultimately includes13projects theone-dimensional scale.In Study2, the impact of demographic variables minority college students thelevel of its national identity has been meticulous investigation and in-depth analysis,the results showed that minority college students have higher levels of Chineseidentity and ethnic identity; gender, disciplines, grade, ethnic category, origin andeconomic status of students evaluation of the impact of Chinese identity and ethnicidentity in varying degrees.In study III, correlation analysis showed that the Chinese identity of minoritycollege students, the ethnic identity were significantly positively associated withperceived social support also were significantly positively correlated with subjectivewell-being; perceived social support and subjective well-being significant positivecorrelation; structure equation model shows that, for the purposes of minoritystudents, their Chinese identity and ethnic identity significantly positive impact ontheir sense of social support, but also a significant positive impact on their subjectivewell-being; Finally, social support and subjective sense of national identity ishappiness significant mediating variables.
