Promote The Comprehensive Development - The Construction Of Contemporary Chinese Culture Value Orientation

To promote human's all-round development is the intrinsic demand of socialism construction. The human's all-round development and the development of politics, economy, culture are the premise and fundament each other of the same course. Take human's all-round development as the value orientation of Chinese culture construction has great theatrical value and practical sense. This article starts with the meaning and demand of human's all-round development, discusses the necessity of taking the human's all-round development as the value of the direction of modern Chinese culture construction and advances the consideration of culture construction surrounding human's all-round development.The article is divided into introduction and three part of text.The introduction sets forth the main question to be solved in the article and posts several important concepts such as "culture", "culture's value orientation" and "human's all-round development." Then the researches about this issue been done by others in internal and out country have been summed up.In the first part, the internal relation between culture and human being and the needs for the culture construction to promote the all-round development of people is discussed. This dissertation puts forward that culture and human have a mutually building and advancing relation and that culture is the important condition to boost the human's all-around development. The importance's of socialist spiritual civilization and culture development have been emphasized to cultivate human since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC.In the second part, the indispensability and significance of promoting the all-round development of people are expatiated as the value orientation of the present age China's culture building. TO set up the value orientation of promoting the all-round development of people for China's culture building is the essence need of building socialism and the realistic need of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the internal need of developing socialist market economy. Promoting the all-round development of people plays an important role in the theory and practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Thus it is necessary for China's socialist culture building to set up the highest value orientation of promoting the all-round development of people.In the third part, taking "promoting the all-round development of people" as motif, this dissertation puts forward the basic thoughts about China's culture building. The dissertator figure out that promoting the all-round development of people must be the key respect and run through all the aspects of China's culture building. Culture building must hold the principles of "surrounding people" , " pressing close to people " and " by people " ,take enhancing the civilization grade and cultural qualities of people as the keystone, and attach most importance to upgrade spirit ambit of people.
