Research On The Development Of Farmers Under The Background Of The Construction Of Rural Culture In The New Period

China is a large developing country with peasants as the majority.Solving the problems of agriculture,rural area and peasants has always been the top priority of the Party's work.Farmers are the core of the “three rural” issue.Farmers are the biggest subject of development in China.Farmers' development is the biggest problem facing China's development.Without the well-off of farmers,there will be no comprehensive well-off of the country.Without the free and all-round development of farmers,it will be impossible to realize the Chinese dream of national prosperity,national rejuvenation and people's happiness.Rural cultural construction refers to the development of education,science,literature,art,sports,health and other cultural undertakings,the development of cultural industries,the development of ideological and moral construction of peasants and other activities within the rural area.Through the construction of rural cultural facilities,the improvement of the rural public cultural service system and the education system,and the transformation and reconstruction of the rural order,to enhance the ideology and moral quality of the peasants and the quality of scientific and cultural education,to promote the diversification and level of peasants' needs,and ultimately realize the free and comprehensive development of peasants.This paper focuses on the content of rural culture in the spiritual,conceptual and non-material areas,but this does not mean that the construction of rural culture is limited to these areas,it will inevitably involve material aspects of construction,conduct and institutional reform and innovation.Peasant development is the embodiment of human development on individual or group of peasants.Human development is carried out in a cultural way.Human development is also the value goal of cultural construction and development.This is as Landman said in Philosophical Anthropology: Without the realization of human beings,culture can not exist,but without culture,human beings have nothing.Both of them are inseparable from each other.Any attempt to separate two interwoven parts from the whole must be man-made.The relationship between rural cultural construction and peasant development is manifested in that rural cultural construction provides basic conditions and guarantee for peasant development,and peasant development provides internal motive force and direction guidance for rural cultural construction.Rural cultural construction in the new period has undergone a process of transition,exploration,promotion and prosperity,and the farmers' cultural life and thought have gradually improved in this process.Up to now,peasants' management ability has been improved,their communication scope has been expanded,and their professional ability has been gradually improved.But at the same time,peasants are also facing the problems of rural cultural identity,public cultural needs,and professional competence improvement.The main reasons for these problems lie in the limitations of institutional factors,resource factors and subjective factors of peasant development.To realize the mutual promotion between rural cultural construction and the peasants' development,it is quite necessary to break down the dual cultural system and create a good environment for peasants' development;to optimize rural cultural and educational resources and improve the quality and ability of farmers' development;to improve the subject status of peasants' culture and enhance the subject consciousness of peasants' development.
