On the basis of Taoist school, the paper expound the metaphysical conception of development of Lao Zi that is based on "Tao". Lao Zi interpret the relations between final cause,Tao,Yu and human essence,Te,Wu in order to show the essence of Being. "Tao"is not concrete Particular things, therefore it can't be knew by sensitive cognition and conceptual knowledge. In other word, "Tao" transcend man's Cognition domain. However, "Tao"is objective of immediate knowledge and superrational intuition. "Tao - fa - tsu - jan" and "Tien jen ho yi"are two fundamental side of Taoist. Once man understand above the two side, he will be in a state of "Satori" that is alse called "Grenze" or "appotheosis". In essence, once man is in a state of "Satori", he will transcend the range of human experience,Knowledge and moral virtue.
