This thesis aims at the sentence type "有" in modern Chinese. Based on the theory of "three plain", this paper discusses the sentence type "有" from many angles such as form and meaning ,static state and active state.The whole thesis is divided into five parts:I .The scope of the sentences with "有"This part presents the differences between the sentences type in its narrow sense and broad sense, this paper only discusses its narrow sense: the sentences with "有" in them. In this case, the sentences with "有" should contain the sentences with,"没有" and "有". At the same time it analyses and decides whether the six special sentence types should belong to the materials discussed in the paper.II .The word "有" in the sentences with "有"This part makes a comprehensive comment on the nature, grammatical features and meaning of the word "有" in the sentences type.It points out the sentence type introduces the cognitive base of the occurrence of the sentences type by the word "有" which expresses the existent relationship of things.HI .The structure of the sentences with "有" 'This part groups the sentences type into four large categories and twelve sub categories. It counts the 1979 sentences obtained and decides that (a) (c) (e) are commonest which totally amount to 81.8%.IV.Syntactic analysis of the sentences with "^f"At first this part discusses the nature of the words and phrases in "nounl" and "noun2" in the most typical sentences with "有". Then lays an emphasis on the continual element "X" in the sentences type "(nounl +^+noun2)+X".V .Semantic analysis of the sentences with "有"This part deals with the types which express the meaning and the semantic structures /'adverbial of degree+有+noun",(j) kind of "有" sentences which express comparison, the semantic nature of the structure "nurnber+measurement+noun" which works as an object of continual element "X" and the double semantic nature of" V 有", .VI .Pragmatic analysis of the sentences with "有"This part analyses the expressional types of the sentences, make a pragmatic analysis of variant of the sentences withi"有", "nounl+有没有 +noun2",the continual element "X" and (j) kind of the sentences which express comparison, introduces. the static statements arid dynamic description of the sentences.
