The independence of the Central Asian countries changes Eurasian geopolitical economical and cultural structure. In order to fill in power margin in the Central Asia, Some relevant countries have launched a fierce competition and formed three kinds of national relationships which is the interest-dominant alliance between the U.S., the Turkey support-drawing alliance between Iran and Russia and self-centered nonalignment complemented by china,As a neighboring country Iran and Russia lie in different national interest in such fields as ethnic, language as well as religious linkage and try to maximize them. Power and interest competition cause them to struggle.Reality is based on history. It is Russian military conquer and Turkish politic and culture penetration that cause them to meet in the Centre Asia. At the same time, their international relation ships are influenced by the long-time diplomatic characters which are separated into Turkish diplomacy handicapped by other nation and Russia power diplomacy based on interest.Seen from their relation in reality, due to the restricted of geo-economic, strategic aim, foreign policy and political culture, their relation is impossibly changed. After 9.11 affair took place, many variables are produced by America global anti-terrorism war, but their relationships can not be completely changed.
