The Art Gallery is a place where art works are collected,preserved,displayed and studied,centred on the visual arts.As a collection and research institution of human cultural resources,the education and dissemination of cultural and artistic knowledge is an indispensable part of the development of cultural industry.The social and economic benefits created by art galleries have been widely appreciated by various countries.Since the early 1990 s,the Private Art Gallery has sprouted in the Pure Land all over China,As an effective supplement of public art galleries,private art galleries carry forward the humanistic spirit and artistic ideas of the local Chinese,and play an important role in the development of economy and culture.The scale of private museums has gradually grown and developed through 20 years of continuous exploration,especially in recent years,the cultural industry has been paid more and more attention and the corresponding policies and regulations have become more mature,and private art galleries are facing more opportunities and challenges,A large number of private art galleries show their value in the process of self-survival and development.There are many problems on the way of existence and development,such as insufficient funds,insufficient blood-forming function,lack of professional management and so on.Nowadays,the social environment is in the era of "Internet Plus",and all walks of life are affected by it.The network has also changed the traditional way and mode of artistic dissemination,and many private art organizations have gradually expanded the channel of network marketing.Based on this background,this paper takes Dalian local private art gallery MD Art Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as MD Art Gallery)as the research object,Based on the interview with related personnel in different departments,the paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the operation management of MD Art Museum,According to the convenience and profitability brought to enterprises and individuals by the network marketing under the "Internet+" environment,a set of innovative business operation mode,the network exhibition and sale alliance model,is put forward,which is realized and improved through the enterprise professional management.The result of this research is to establish online exhibition and sale alliance of art gallery,establish cooperation relationship among different industries and create common value.The meaning is that it can reduce the price of art purchase and save cost.Resource sharing,increasing the dimension of product type and quantity;Expand customer base and economize on propaganda cost;Learning from each other to promote their own development.Secondly,the establishment of the Art Gallery Online Exhibition & Marketing Alliance Foundation means that the Union needs formal model operation and management,and can solve part of the funding problem.Finally,the use of Internet technology to promote the sale,auction,customization of online works of art and derivatives to achieve profit maximization.To sum up,the Art Gallery Online Exhibition Alliance can reach the situation of "hundred flowers,many wins",to jointly promote the development of Chinese contemporary art.
