| Based on the precedent research, this article which takes system of presenting memorial to the throne during the Qin and Han Dynasty as subject, discusses the aspects of classification, content and procedure of presenting memorial to the throne, and then formulates the function of it which operated in the political process during Qin and Han period by using the historical documents and archeological materials.The system of presenting memorial to the throne during the Qin and Han Dynasty, was an essential hub with which centralism of absolutism headed by emperor administer politics effectively and maintain its operation of bureaucratic system, and necessary link to the bureaucratic system even the whole political system of the Qin and Han Dynasty.The system of presenting memorial to the throne during the Qin and Han Dynasty, adapting the requirements of unification, plays a certain role to keep integrity of a nation, reinforce centralism and strengthen the power of emperor in the centralism of absolutism of Qin and Han Dynasty. |
