By the phenomenological descriptive method,the treatise describes and analyses the revolutionary influenc that TV art brings and the features of TV art,The treatise think,the revolutionary influence that TV brings, in particular,it breaks the limitation between people and things,hosts and guests,which existed for a long time,and makes unprecedented democratic pattern,technology is an example in this pattern.At the same time,because people regard technology as an example of democrtic pattern,they mixed technology into Human Nature unconscientiously and made the intention of Human Nature more colorful,more suitable for the modern society.While describing and analysing aesthetic feature of TV art,the treatise makes a research on TV from four respects:first,TV is the public spreading art;second,TV expresses the experience by the movement of sound and picture,third,TV makes perceptual concrete guidance for audience;forth,TV is the art for common families.The treatise thinks TV art should be more public,more perceptual,more relaxed,and easier to create family cohesive force,but not too elegant,too abstract,too serious,and disrupt the sacred sence that people treat their families.
