This study aims to invent 搘ork temperament questionnaire for normal university students?Through the investigation of the temperament of normal university students, teachers and other college students, we explores the characteristice of normal university students?work temperament. On the basis of the relevant researches,combining with the result of opening questionnaire, the structure of this questionnaire is proposed. Part I formulates the pre-questionnaire of work temperament for normal university students. Part II is abort the investigation. Through the investigation of the temperament of I 369norma; university students and 404teschers as well as 306 other college students, findings are elaborated as the following: ? The self designed questionnaire has good reliability and validity .From the factor analysis of the result of the investigation, seven dimensions are obtained: expressing freely ,dealing with people, influencing people, making judgements and decisions, soothing emotion ,accepting people, approaching or avoiding people. ? All the dimensions except making judgments and decisions have been found significant differences among teachers,normal university students and other college students. ? Specialty differences are very significant in the normal university students?expressing freely,influencing people,making judgments and soothing emotions. ? Gender differences in the normal university students?expressing freely and making judgments and decisions are very clear. The boys score much higher than girls in making judgments and decisions ,while girls抏xpressing freely are higher than boys? ? Grade differences are obvious in the normal university students抯oothing emotions and making judgements and decisions. The freshmen score much higher than the sophomores,the juniors and the seniors. ? The interaction in apecialties and grades significantly influcences the scores of the normal university students抏xpressign freely, accepting people,dealing with people and approach or avoiding people. ? To some extent ,the teachers?and the normal university students抴ork temperament traits are greatly related with their learning and working satisfaction degree.
