In general, we could analysis and research the engineering ethics from the micro and macro levels. Among them, the micro-level major engineering ethics is mainly research about the engineers' ethics. It's make the view of ethics or from the ethics outlook, research engineers and technicians (mainly engineers) in its engineering activities, including engineering design, construction and project management should have the moral character, moral standards to be followed and should bear the moral responsibility. Its basic objective is to encourage engineers to follow their professional code of ethics, to establish a clear sense of responsibility and professionalism. The macro-engineering ethics put project activities under a wide range of social backgrounds, to study its value associated with people, and society, and the natural environment. The main thesis of this work is from the micro-level of engineering ethics, analysis and discussion the theory and the plight of practice in the engineers'ethics.Activities involving engineering need support from ethnics thought while ethnics-minded engineers are involved. Engineering ethnics is a newly-developed subject, which sets moral norms for the engineers. Engineering from the perspective of ethics engineers have scientific knowledge and technological skills which play a significant part in research and development, design, and production, especially concerning the rebuilding of nature and the constructing of the man-made world. multi-discipline knowledge of cross-application, the combination of different technologies, a variety of social groups to participate in and distribution of interest, costs and risk make the activities involving engineering seepage human's value every where. If the engineers only have professional knowledge, and professional activities related to the lack of ethical standards and moral judgments can not be accurate view of their professional responsibilities, also can not be a better understanding of the interests of different clients, thus causing they could not appropriate to deal the conflict with a variety between of interests, responsibilities.The article imagined that we should build the theory system of engineers'ethics which to fit our country, and it is necessary for engineers to strengthen the cultivation of business ethnics in order to discipline their behavior. As a result, they will be able to enhance their awareness of social responsibility and build up politically-correct values with strong sense of ethics and morality. They will be able to shoulder the obligations of taking on the common interests of the people. At the same time, we must strengthen the engineering ethnics'evaluation of engineers, to reach a consensus in the technical aspects of ethical responsibility as far as possible, objective and fair assessment of the ethics responsibility of engineers, raise engineers'awareness of the responsibility, sound legal system engineering management and engineering ethics oversight mechanisms, put the education as pilot, enhance the whole society's awareness and quality of engineering ethnics.
