Purpose:(1) Through locust peanut medicine research, a clear source of medicinal materials, property characteristics and microstructure of other features. Health and medicine for the acacia flowers provide the basis for identification. (2) Through the layer of acacia flower parts of ethyl acetate separation and purification of chemical constituents to determine their main chemical components. To provide the basis for further research. (3) Through the locust flowers Determination of the contents indicator, establishing quality standards for its combination of quality ingredients make a comprehensive assessment, the acacia flowers lay the foundation for the sustainable development of resources, to get maximum development and utilization. (4) Through the locust flower nutrition research, including polysaccharides and determination of inorganic elements, specifically the locust flower has a high food value and medicinal value. According to Chinese medicine, "Medical and Edible" point of view, with good prospects for the development and utilization. Material and method:Material:Harvested from April to June 2008 were collected from Dalian, Liaoning Province, Shenyang, Jinzhou, Chaoyang, Jilin, Siping City, Siping Tiancheng County ten batches of samples from different areas (see table 1-1), and bud and the flowering of the different harvest periodsMethod:1. Quality standard: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on flowers in different areas Locust Locust rhamnose glycoside content was determined by microscopic identification, TLC, moisture, total ash and extract indicators determination, the establishment of acacia flower quality standards.5. Nutrient content: Ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometry, acacia flowers in sugar and polysaccharide determination. By inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method, acacia flowers from different places to determine the content of inorganic elements.Results:1. Clarified locust flower morphology of plants, property characteristics, organizational structure, microscopic characteristics. Pharmacognosy identification methods to determine for the study of the species identification and other herbs to provide a scientific reference.2. From the Dalian Locust Flower production of ethyl acetate extract layer isolated two compounds. Use of physical and chemical properties, thin layer chromatography and spectrophotometry were used to identify the chemical structure of flavonoids kaempferol and quercetin.3. For the first time established a locust flower locust rhamnose glycoside content in the determination of the HPLC method, and 10 flowers in different areas Locust Locust glycosides were rhamnose determination. By microscopic identification, TLC, moisture, total ash and extract of Index of the established quality standards acacia flowers.4. Quality standards locust Kaempferol -rhamnopyranosid selected as the main component, for determination of the quality control of Robinia pseudoacaci L., method is simple, reasonable and feasible.3. Heavy metals are in line with standards, rich in essential trace elements.4. By UV spectroscopy in the Pagoda Robinia pseudoacaci L. sugar and polysaccharide content was determined method is accurate, quick and easy.
