Eye For Shoulder Periarthritis Rabbit Model Of Protective Effect

Objective: To explore the rabbit eye model for periarthritis protective effect, acupuncture treatment for the eyes provide experimental evidence for periarthritis of shoulder.Materials and Methods: 4 to 6 months, the health of 32 New Zealand white rabbits, all rabbits fed a week after adaptation, according to the principles of the rabbits were randomized into four groups, namely control group, model control group, eye needle group, local acupuncture group.Methods: The method of continuous mechanical strain increases production of animal models of ice were to acupuncture, body acupuncture treatment intervention factors such as harvesting rabbits 7 days after ipsilateral shoulder tendon, with samples for measurement of alkaline solution of hydroxyproline; in modeling, before treatment, after model extraction rabbit ear artery, centrifugal serum using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for the determination of serum interleukin -6 (IL-6) levels, and monitoring of rabbit weight and risk of contralateral shoulder circumference difference changes. Experimental data were applied SPSS15.0 ANOVA statistical software, statistical results with (±s) indicated, statistical data comparison between groups using t test, with P <0.05 as significant difference.Results:1 Eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group hydroxyproline content were lower than the model group; eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group of hydroxyproline than the control group; eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group had no significant difference.2 After modeling, eyes, body acupuncture, levels of serum interleukin -6 (IL-6) were higher than in the control group, treatment group and body acupuncture needle eye serum interleukin -6 (IL-6) were lower than the model group, significantly lower than before treatment, there were significant differences; eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group there was no significant difference.3 After modeling, eye acupuncture group and body acupuncture group, model group and the risk of rabbit body weight compared with the contralateral shoulder circumference of the blank group difference was significant difference in 7 days after treatment, eyes and body acupuncture group than in model group were significantly differentconclusion:1 A sustained campaign by strain replicated with additional ice rabbit animal model of success periarthritis;2 Acupuncture therapy can reduce the inflammation around the shoulder joint shoulder rabbit model of the content of hydroxyproline; restrained shoulder tendon fibrosis, periarthritis rabbit model may be one mechanism of protection;3 Eye needle to reduce serum IL-6 levels, may be one of the mechanisms of its anti-inflammatory pain;4 Eye acupuncture can reduce the stimulation of inflammatory injury in rabbits, rabbits with diet and frozen shoulder to improve patients quality of life to stimulate and improve the rabbits.
