Objective:To observe the influence of blood soup cured pain and traditional Chinese medicine cured application on pain of herniated disc tissue content of interleukin-1αinterleukin-1β,and the mechanism of anti-inflammatory pain medicine. Methods:90 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, each 18; By lateral extraperitoneal approach for modeling anular incision surgery, a week after starting treatment, A group:control group, B group:model group, C group:blood soup cured pain group, D group:Chinese patching group, E group:blood soup cured pain+ Chinese patching group, In the treatment of at least 2,4,6 weeks, each group were sacrificed 6,with the ELISA method to detect the content of interleukin-la-. interleukin-1βof animal disc tissue,and the groups were compared. Results:Compared with A, content of interleukin-1α,interleukin-1βof disc tissue in group B significantly increased in 2,4,6 weeks, a significant difference (P<0.01). Compared with B, content of interleukin-1α,interleukin-1βof C,D, E group were decreased within 2,4,6 weeks, especially in 4,6 weeks, were significantly different (P<0.05); Compared with C, D group, the content of interleukin-1α,interleukin-1βof E group decreased, the groups within 4,6 weeks were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion:The blood soup and traditional Chinese medicine cured pain sticking therapy could reduce the content of interleukin-1α,interleukin-1βof herniated disc tissue, inhibit inflammation and immune responses, the most obvious effect of the treatment for 4-6 weeks, the integrated use of better effect.
