Rosa Herbs Extract Affect The Test Of The Type Ii Diabetic Rats

Purpose:In this project, use Dahurian Rose Fruit medicine as the intervention factors, adopt the pharmacy, analytical chemistry and pharmacodynamics as the method, and typeⅡdiabetic rat model as the target to study the effect of the extract from different parts of Dahurian Rose Fruit via different extract methods on fasting blood glucose and other indexes of experimental typeⅡdiabetic rats, so that can analysis and evaluate the effect of the extract from different parts of Dahurian Rose Fruit via different extract methods on typeⅡdiabetic rats from different pharmacological aspects.Method:Use high fat diet combined with single intraperitoneal injection of small doses of streptozotocin (STZ) 30mg/kg as the method to esteblish typeⅡdiabetic rat model, adopt intragastric administration of extraction from different Dahurian Rose Fruit parts via different herbs extract methods as therapy, dynamically observed the changes of body weight, food intake, water quantity impacts; detection of fasting blood glucose after administration (FBG), fasting serum insulin (FINS), glucose tolerance and the area under the curve (ACU), glycosylated hemoglobin (HBA1C ), glycosylated serum protein (FIU), free fatty acids (NEFA) and serum total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDLC), low density lipoprotein (LDLC), prothrombin time ( INR), fibrinogen (FIB) after being treated. Analyze and evaluate the action of different herbal extracts from different Dahurian Rose Fruit parts in typeⅡdiabetic rat model from different pharmacodynamic perspectives.Results:1. Different Dahurian Rose Fruit extracts has the tendency of relieving food consumption and excessive drinking trends in typeⅡdiabetic rat model to remaine the rats in good condition.2. 9g crude drug per kilogram of aqueous extract can significantly reduce glycosylated hemoglobin and glycosylated serum protein and fibrinogen levels of the typeⅡdiabetic rat model, compared with the model group .3. 9g crude drug / kg of rose hip extract via ethyl acetate can significantly reduce fasting plasma glucose, glucose tolerance values and the area under the curve of the typeⅡdiabetic rat model; can significantly reduce glycated hemoglobin and Serum protein of the typeⅡdiabetic rat model; can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein and fibrinogen levels of the typeⅡdiabetic rat model,compared with the model group differences were significant.4. 9g crude drug / kg rose hip extract via butanol can significantly decrease glycated hemoglobin levels of high density lipoprotein of typeⅡdiabetic rat model, compared with the model group differences were significant.Conclusion:1. The extraction from different parts of Dahurian Rose Fruit by different herbs extract methods has different pharmacological effects on typeⅡdiabetic rat model.2. It is rose hip that the effective pharmacological part of Dahurian Rose Fruit for treating typeⅡdiabetic rat model.3. The rose hip extract by ethyl acetate has the most significant pharmacological effect on typeⅡdiabetic rat model of.4. The rose hip extract by ethyl acetate has the significant action on reducing blood glucose, blood lipid of diabetic rats.
