Purpose:To investigate the turmeric apoptotic factor Bcl-2 and Bax and the expression of p53. Speculated that vascular endothelial cell damage control mode and traditional Chinese medicine turmeric possible mechanism of apoptosis of endothelial cells, for PCI after"restenosis"to provide experimental evidence for prevention and treatment.Material and method:The simulation result of intimal injury during acute intimal injury, which turmeric group 36, model 36, with 36 sham group and 36 normal group as control.
