Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating the spondylose cervicale radiculaire with rotational manipulation, and from the theoretical and clinical research aspects to systematically explore the mechanism of treating the spondylose cervicale radiculaire with rotational manipulation. Methods: Chose 60 suitable cases with the spondylose cervicale radiculaire, and divided them into two groups randomly. One is the treatment group in which the patients were treated with rotational manipulation. The other one is the matched group which was treated with traction therapy. Observe the clinical effects of the two groups and do some statistic analyses, then evaluate the clinical treatment. Results: After the treatment, the treatment group obtained the total effective rate of 96.2% and the matched group gained 77.8%. The differences in efficacy are significant by Ridit analysis (u = 2.037, P <0.05).The treatment group is better than the matched group in efficacy. In the treatment group, many symptoms can be obviously improved, such as the ache on the nape, shoulder and back, neck stiffness and other symptoms. The efficacy is also superior to that in the matched group on the following symptoms: pressure pain, feelings of upper limb, revolve-cervix test, top-up test. Conclusion: The method of treating the spondylose cervicale radiculaire with rotational manipulation is safe and efficient.
