Psychological Intervention Clinical Study On Post-stroke Depression

Purpose:post-stroke depression (post-stroke depression, PSD) is common after stroke complications, it severely affects the stroke rehabilitation of enthusiasm and initiative, and affect a patient's body, speech and cognitive functions of recovery, and reduced quality of life, extended stay, increasing lethality of patients, the disability rate, but also the spirit of the exacerbation of pain, to their families and community in the heavy financial burden. The objective is to combine traditional form a new combined psychological interventions. By nursing staff take effective psychological intervention, so that patients away from giving mental state, cooperate with treatment, so as to achieve improved quality of life, recover their confidence, returning to the family and society.Method:a randomized block design methods, the 61 meet the group conditions of post-stroke patients randomly divided into observation and control groups, observation of a group of 31 cases, a control group of 30 cases, all patients are the conventional treatment (drug treatment, rehabilitation therapy), observation group on the General treatment on the basis of comprehensive psychological interventions, two groups respectively before treatment, treatment after Hamilton Depression Score evaluation. Two groups of patients in treatment for 3 weeks. Through observation of the Group and a control group of score changes, thereby of comprehensive psychological intervention on stroke rehabilitation of patients with depression.Results:observation of a group with a control group in treatment for 3 weeks Hamilton depression scale score comparison, as well as observation group therapy scale score comparison, two groups appear significantly different P <0.01.Conclusion:on stroke patients with comprehensive psychological intervention can make patients right in the face of disease, improve the patients with enthusiasm, initiative and compliance, while on stroke with can improve the quality of life, improve emotional, promote patient treatment contribute positively.
