Objective to explore the relationship between IL-10,IL-18 and microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetic patientMethods the level of IL-10 and IL-18 was measured in normal group,DM group and DM+MA group with the methods of ELISA.Then to analyze the relationship between IL-10,IL-18 and Microalbuminuria with spss13.0.Results The levels of IL-18 in DM group and DM+MA group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.05), The level of IL-10 in DM group and DM+MA group were significantly lower than that in normal group(P<0.05), and the level of IL-18 in DM+MA group was significantly higher than that in the DM group (P<0.05), but IL-10 in DM+MA group was not significantly higher than that in the DM group (P>0.05).Conclusion IL-18 had significantly relationship with microalbuminuria.and IL-10 did not have significantly relationship with microalbuminuria.
