Integrative Medicine Clinical Observations, Deep Venous Thrombosis In The Prevention Of Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective: To investigate the combining prevention methods of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (LEDVT) after laparoscopic surgery.Methods: 263 cases were randomly divided into two groups: control group(low molecular heparin calcium prevention group):132 patients, prevention group(salvia miltiorrhiza injection and LMWH combining prevention group): 131 cases. Comparing the incidence of DVT, hemorheology, APTT, PT of two groups patients before and after the application medine .Results:①About the incidence of DVT: control group is 6.81%, prevent- ion group is 2.29%.Comparing with both are statistically significant (P < 0.05).②There is a significant difference between after and before application medicine of prevention group in the hemorheology (P<0.01), also there is a significant difference with control group (P < 0.01).③The times of APTT and PT are Obviously lengthened after prevention of prevention group, comparing with before medicine have significant difference (P < 0.01) or (P < 0.05), and the comparison between control group have remarkable significance (P < 0.01) or (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The method of salvia miltiorrhiza injection and low molecular heparin calcium combining prevention can effectively prevent the deep vein thrombosis after laparoscopic surgery...
