Eye For Ischemic Stroke In Patients With Plasma Endothelin And Calcitonin Gene-related Peptide Content

Purpose: To observe the influence of eye needle therapy on cerebral ischemic stroke patients'ET and CGRP, discuss the mechanism of the eye needle treatment.Material and method: Divide total 48 examples of anemic stroke patients into two groups: the eye needle group 23 examples and the control group 25.Eye needle group: Add the eye needle treatment to the control group once a day. Control group: 0.9% sodium chloride inoculation fluid 250ml, the Dan Austria 80mg, twice a day ; 0.9% sodium chloride inoculation fluid 250ml, butcher two phosphorus choline 1.0g, once a day; small dosage aspirin 100mg, once a day.The above medicine is more effective amoung present domestic similar medicine, which conforms to the recognized, effective and comparable principle. One treatment course covers two weeks.After two weeks, to observe, contrast and analyze the change of the patients'ET and CGRP content and the change of nerve function damage degree.Results: After two weeks'treatment,two groups of patients'ET level obviously descended (** P< 0.O 5, *P<0.05), CGRP level obviously ascended (** P<0.O5, *P< 0.05),there is no significant difference between the to groups (P> 0.05);and two groups patients' nerve function damage degree obviously reduced (P< 0.05), the difference is significant of the two groups (P< 0.05); eye needle group's total effectiveness reaches 91.3%,and control group's is 76%, the two groups'clinical curative effect has significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The eye needle doesn't have the benignity control action on anemic stroke patients'ET and CGRP, the curative effect of the eye needle group is better than the pure medicine group.
