Flavescens The Quality Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research

Purpose: In this text, basic on the theories of Chinese medicine, combined with advanced modern science and technology to study a comprehensive standardized research on the Sophora flavescens Ait.Material and method: Determine the total alkaloid content of Sophora flavescens Ait by Visible - UV spectrophotometry; determine the content of Sophora flavescens Ait by HPLC;study Sophora flavescens Ait and the extract of Sophora flavescens Ait pharmacokinetic by HPLC.Results:1. Determine the total alkaloid content of Sophora flavescens Ait by Visible - UV spectrophotometry, its linear relationship was good, precision, stability, repeatability and recovery are in line with the standards.2. Determine the content of Sophora flavescens Ait by HPLC, its linear relationship was good, precision, stability, repeatability and recovery are in line with the standards.3. Study pharmacokinetic of oxysophocarpine and oxymatrine in the Sophora flavescens Ait and the extract of Sophora flavescens Ait by HPLC,the main pharmacokinetic parameters were: the oxysophocarpine of Sophora flavescens Ait T_max(h)4.000±0,C_max2.202±0.3834,MRT_0-24(h) 9.385±1.458; the oxysophocarpine of the extract of Sophora flavescens Ait T_max(h)4.000±0,C_max6.574±0.3009,MRT0-24(h)9.417±0.7939;theoxymatrine of Sophora flavescens Ait T_max(h)4.000±0,C_max6.526±0.9534,MRT_0-24(h) 8.133±0.6278;the oxymatrine of the extract of Sophora flavescens Ait T_max(h) T_max(h)4.000±0,C_max10.44±0.8764,MRT_0-24(h) 7.420±0.7401. Conclusion:Through the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine a comprehensive study of Sophora flavescens Ait, improve the quality standard system and futher improve the research of pharmacokinetics of the Sophora flavescens Ait and the extract of Sophora flavescens Ait , this result provide reference for further research and development of Sophora flavescens Ait.
