Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Bone Atrophy Ling Capsules Treatment Of Adults With Avascular Necrosis

Purpose: To investigate the treatment of adult bone atrophy Capsule of FicatⅡavascular necrosis of the clinical efficacy of the pain,walking distance, functional activity, improvements in the capacity of life。Method: Will confirm the diagnosis for adults of FicatⅡavascular necrosis of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 30 cases with bone atrophy Capsule with functional exercise control group, 30 cases with Faerie Bone-bao capsules with functional exercise. Before and after treatment by observing the patient's pain, hip joint function and radiographic changes in the curative effect analysis in order to further clarify the function of bone atrophy Capsules exercise treatment of adult patients with FicatⅡstage avascular necrosis of the clinical efficacy。Result: Through 12 weeks of treatment, the patient's pain, hip joint function and significant improvement in imaging, the treatment group 30 cases (33 hips) in patients with a total effective rate was 86.67%, control group of 30 patients (32 hips) of the total effective rate was 73.33%。Conclusion: Bone atrophy Capsules can significantly ease the patient's pain, restore function of the hip joint to prevent or delay the collapse of the femoral head。...
