Spleen V Fire On The Treatment Of Chronic Cough (spleen V Fire), Clinical Research,

Purpose:For observe the Spleen Meridian terma fire theory in the treatment of chronic cough (Spleen Meridian Terma Fire) the clinical efficacy.Method:I took 60 patients who got the diagnostic criteria of chronic cough and randomly divided them into two groups.I gave Xiehuang powder addition and subtraction to first treatment 30 cases, Which from Jilin Province Chinese Medicine Hospital in the pharmacy uniform decoction.They took the medicine twice everyday,which 150ml per time and before breakfast or after supper, continuous medication for 7 days; The second group is the comparison group which also has 30 cases. I gave them YiQing capsules (includes rhubarb, baicalin, berberine component. a heat dampness, Clear fire and detoxification effect. for heat-toxin-induced fever irritability, pink eye, aphtha, throat, gingival swelling, pain, constipation and upper respiratory tract infection, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, gingivitis.) They took two bills per time(each pill 0.5 gram weight), and took 3 times everyday, samely continuing take drugs for 7 days. Comparing for the diseases,age,gender between two groups,the statistical processing has no significant difference and has the commeasurability. I observed two groups of clinical symptoms which before and after treatment.Result: The result demonstrated that both two kinds of medication have curative effect for chronic cough. The treatment group and the comparison group's effective rate were 93.33% and 76.67%. Specially, the treatment group's effect is better than the comparison group in the improvement of clinical symptoms.There has the significant difference between these two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion: The invesgation result proved that Xiehuang Powder has the obviously vcurative effect in treating chronic cough under the guidance of Spleen Meridian Terma Fire, and no negative effects.
