Study Of Ischemic Stroke Early Chinese Medicine Treatment Program

Purpose: Treatment programs through standardized on ischemic stroke early intervention, comparison, the Western method efficacy of ischemic stroke, to find comprehensive Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic stroke advantage, to develop the optimal treatment of ischemic stroke in early Chinese medicine program.Method: In this study, the National 863 Project "Early ischemic stroke recovery and prevent recurrence of Traditional Chinese Medicine program" (topic number 2007AA02Z4B2) part of the total included 48 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients, randomized, controlled study method. 48 patients were randomly divided into Traditional Chinese Medicine (observation group) 24 cases of WM group (control group) 24. Western group basis for Western intervention, with modern methods of rehabilitation. Practitioners of western medicine based on the basic intervention Injection of times to be quiet, with acupuncture, massage, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine Oral and bubble washing.Result: Through Chinese Medicine, Western Group of the efficacy, safety and adverse reactions such as statistical analysis showed that both groups had early ischemic stroke treatment. The total efficiency, the Chinese group was 91.7% efficient, Western group was 83.3%, compared between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05), Chinese medicine was better than Western medicine group; limb motor function score improvement aspects between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05); in improving the daily life ability, no difference between the two groups was significant (P>0.05); in improving neurological deficits in the two groups of no significant difference between the significance (P>0.05), but in improving facial paralysis and speech, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), significantly better than the Western medicine group; in improving the clinical symptoms , the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), significantly better than the Western medicine group.Conclusion: Chinese medicine, Western medicine group early in the treatment of ischemic stroke have a good effect, but the Chinese group was better than Western medicine group, in particular in improving clinical symptoms, facial paralysis and speech, the Chinese group was significantly better than the WM group. Practitioners of ischemic stroke have significant effect of early rehabilitation, and no adverse reactions, safe and reliable, so in clinical medicine program is worth popularizing and applying.
