Ischemic Stroke In Early Rehabilitation Program Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Ischemic stroke in early rehabilitation medicine programs and the stroke unit mode program of Western intervention in ischemic stroke verified by comparing the Chinese program of ischemic stroke effect of early rehabilitation. Practitioners based in Western medicine for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine injections, routine application of dialectical decoction, Chinese health education, and with acupuncture techniques (massage, acupuncture), which groups use fleabane Erigeron injection group using Hance Hance injection. In patients with neurological deficit (NIHSS), limb motor function (FMI), activities of daily living (BI), morbidity/mortality (mRS) in four aspects of integral statistical comparison. Results:The patients were significantly improved disease;between the two groups, the Chinese group improve the prognosis was better than Western medicine group; Erigeron group Kudiezi group improve the prognosis was no obvious difference. Conclusion:Early rehabilitation of ischemic stroke ischemic stroke medicine programs on early rehabilitation stroke unit model is superior to the Western intervention in the efficacy of ischemic stroke.
