This thesis includes literature review and clinical research in two parts.Literature review were three:first reviewed the medical and research on the treatment of psoriasis overview. Including traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of the disease and syndrome differentiation and treatment of research and experiment study of the present. Second application of modern medical research on and treatment of psoriasis. Third reviewed its relevance to the issue of relapse.Clinical research component to "the guiding principles of Chinese medicine clinical research new drugs" in the "new Chinese medicine clinical study of treatment of white mange guiding principles" for specific reference standard for clinical study design.Objective:To study Chinese medicine intervention on psoriasis recurrence and severity of the situation. Methods:The study of Beijing Dongzhimen Hospital dermatology outpatient treatment of psoriasis patients cured by the treatment, cure or recurrence of the basic object of study patients were 46 cases. Cured or much improved according to whether the consolidation of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, 22 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,24 cases were observed in treatment group and control group in autumn, winter and spring when the turn of recurrence and severity of the situation, application SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software. Results:The two groups in gender, age, general information on the total duration of no significant difference (p> 0.05), and two groups of patients in the observation of the initial PASI score (that is, more recovery time PASI1 or base rate) no significant difference (p=0.856> 0.05), two groups were comparable. Recurrence rate of the treatment group increased 54.5% in the control group increased recurrence rate of 87.5%, byχ2 test, p=0.013 <0.05, both groups increased rate of recurrence of significant difference. And control before and after the two△PASI score, pruritus score and degree of involvement of skin lesion area score (BSA) were significantly different. Conclusions:Traditional Chinese Medicine intervention proved effective in reducing the recurrence of psoriasis, and heavier and heavier patients relapse and PASI score, pruritus level, and body surface area involvement has also been controlled to some extent. Recurrence of this problem for psoriasis in clinical research and experimental research study to be deeper.
