Electroporation transdermal drug delivery technologies are hot topics in the field of transdermal drug delivery at home and abroad, but more of the model drugs in the study are the single drag molecule, and only this experiment on the complex fabric of Chinese medicine electroporation for transdermal drug delivery was studied. In this experiment, the multi-component of water-soluble part of Sophora flavescens was the model drug, and comprehensively studied the law of Transdermal drug delivery of Kushen under the electroporation conditions; meanwhile, studied the object drug penetration enhancing effect using pharmacy methods in conjunction with physical methods; investigated the effect of the combined use of the penetration enhancers and electroporation technology for the model drugs of percutaneous absorption, and as well as investigated, under the electroporation conditions, the drug pharmacokinetics of model drug in rabbits, and the effect of electroporation for the skin, getting the following conclusions:1) Chinese medicine can permeate through the skin under the electroporation conditions, but the penetration rule is different from the law of a single drug molecule penetration. Multi-component liquid of Chinese medicine can produce transient channel at a comparative lower voltage, and there are several optimum voltage platform. And studied the drug residues of the skin after the electroporation on transdermal drug delivery.2) The initial pharmacokinetic experiment of electroporation transdermal delivery to the rabbit shows that electroporation technology and Passive diffusion can relatively improve the amount of drug permeation and bioavailability.3) Using confocal microscopy, studied the effect of Electroporation on the structure of skin cells, and also studied penetration effects of the penetration enhancers in conjunction with the electroporation technique.4) For the first time, using lactate dehydrogenase activity of the skin as an index, preliminarily studied the damage of electroporation transdermal drug delivery to skin cells and structural.Through this experiment, it shows that electroporation transdermal drug delivery technology can significantly improve the amount of drug permeation of the model drug per unit of time. Therefore, applications of the electroporation transdermal drug delivery technology in clinical has great potential and good prospect.
